Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing receives
Chapter Key Award
The
Clarkson College Omicron Epsilon Chapter has been selected as a recipient of
the 2009 Chapter Key Award. The Chapter Key Award established in 1991 honors
chapters who excel in chapter-related activities such as:

Membership recruitment and retention

Publicity and programming
·
Professional and leadership development
·
Local, national and international collaboration.
Carol
Huston, president of Sigma Theta Tau International, said, "Your chapter's entry
is an outstanding reflection of the work of a vibrant chapter." The Omicron
Epsilon Chapter will be honored at the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta
Tau International's 40th Biennial Convention, on Nov. 1, 2009 in
Indianapolis, Ind. Current Omicron Epsilon Chapter President Sue Michalski and
President-Elect Judi Dunn will be present to accept the award

Mission and Vision
The mission of the Omicron Epsilon Chapter, STTI is to
support the learning, knowledge and professional development of nurses
committed to making a difference in a healthy community. Our vision is to
create a community of nurses who lead in using knowledge, scholarship, service
and learning to improve the health of the community.
