When a student withdraws from all Clarkson College courses, and the student received financial aid, he or she may be required to return/repay a certain percentage of federal financial aid that was, or could have been disbursed. The amount of repayment required is based on formulas mandated by the Federal government. Federal funds that may have to be returned, in order of their required return, are unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loans, subsidized Federal Stafford Loans, Federal PLUS Loans, Federal Pell Grants, Academic Competitiveness Grants and Federal SEOG Grants.
