A student with a credit
balance on their student account will be issued a refund check for the amount
of the credit. Refund checks are mailed to the student's address listed with
the Registrar's Office. If a student would like to pick up their check, the student
must contact the Student Accounts Office at 402-552-2749 and request that their
name be put on the list for pick up.
Refund checks are available for pick up on Monday afternoons.
A student may request that
the credit balance remain on their student account to cover future charges by
completing a Credit Balance Retention form. The form must be submitted to the
Student Accounts Manager prior to the issuance a refund check.
