KnowHow2Go:

"It's never too early—or too late—to start on the road to college." KnowHow2Go takes you through specific steps you need to take to help you along the way.

EducationQuest:

EducationQuest provides guided tours with college planning steps for students and parents. You can also estimate your FAFSA results here.

College Savings Plan of Nebraska:

The 529 plan is an education savings plan operated by a state or educational institution designed to help families set aside funds for future college costs. As long as the plan satisfies a few basic requirements, the federal tax law provides special tax benefits to you, the plan participant (Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code). The 529 plan is a great way to save for college - it's tax-advantaged, affordable and flexible.

Tax Benefits:

Learn more about Hope and Lifetime Learning tax credits available to help you offset the costs of higher education by reducing the amount of your income tax. You can also find out about other tax deductions allowed for tuition and fees as well as interest paid on a student loan. You will need the 1098T form (will link to Student Accounts page) for these deductions.

Money Management Counseling:

Check out NSLP's free, interactive, online course to help you manage your money and control debt.
