On-campus
students taking online courses are welcome to use other proctors if you live
outside the vicinity and wish to save travel time and gas. Check with your
local library or high school, for example, to see if a proctor, meeting our
requirements, is available. Refer to the Online
Education Manual, page 21-22, for proctor guidelines and Test Proctor Agreement/Scholastic
Honesty Statement form.
Please complete form with the Proctor
and mail or fax to the Coordinator of Online Education per the instruction at
the bottom of the form, for processing and approval. This all needs to be
accomplished well in advance of scheduling your tests. Once the proctor is
approved, the Coordinator of Online Education will provide the proctor with
appropriate test instructions and online access.
