Graduation Ceremony
Date/Time: Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 10 a.m.
Location: Witherspoon Concert Hall, Joslyn Art Museum (2200 Dodge Street)
Parking: Parking is available in the lots near the museum.
Off-street parking is also available on Dodge Street.
Please
Note: Enter on the east side of the building at the
Joslyn and identify yourself as a Clarkson College graduate or guest.
Please arrive at 9:15 a.m. and be
in cap and gown by 9:30 a.m.
Do not leave personal belongings in
the dressing rooms.
Graduation Reception
A
reception will be held immediately following graduation consisting of cake
and punch. The reception will be in
the Fountain Court area of Joslyn Art Museum.
Student Rehearsal
Date/Time: Friday, August 7, 2009 at 10 a.m.
Location: Witherspoon Concert Hall, Joslyn Art Museum (2200 Dodge Street)
You may pick up your cap
and gown after a brief rehearsal. If you are unable to attend
rehearsal, your cap and gown will be available Saturday, August 8, after 9 a.m.

Payment is due when order is

You may pick up your cap
and gown at the Joslyn Art Museum following the rehearsal on Friday, August 7
or on Saturday, August 8 after 9 a.m.
Rental Returns: All rental gowns and master's hoods are to be
returned at the Joslyn Art Museum immediately following the graduation
ceremony.
The cap and tassel are
yours to keep.
