Information
Services is beginning the process of changing to a one log-on service for
college sites. To effectively make this change, the initial step will be to
change our current Student WebMail Logon and Passwords to the new process.

HOW TO
LOG-IN
|
|
As
of June 7, 2007, new Clarkson College student e-mail procedures were
implemented that affect the WebMail Logon process. Students will need to
log in as follows:
- To log-in, students must
enter their 9 digit student ID Number in the email address box on the
Student WebMail Log In page (i.e. Student ID number-9 digits, i.e.
000123456)
- Students must enter their
new password as follows: first two letters of the first name, first
two letters of the last name, two digit birth month, and two digit
birth day: (i.e. rajo0907)

About Your WebMail Address
This
change only affects how you log into WebMail, your public WebMail address
does not change.
It
is still the same as it used to be: LastName.FirstName@webmail.clarksoncollege.edu
About Your Student ID Number
If
students do not remember their complete 9-digit Student ID number,
- it is
printed on their billing statement.
- it has
been sent on a recent letter from the Registrar's office.
- students
may download a Request
Information Released Form (PDF
format). Complete the form and fax to the
Registrar's office.
- students
may go directly to the Registrar's office to obtain the number.
REMINDER: If you are using a public
computer, please be sure to log out of Student Webmail by clicking on the Log
Off icon. This will keep the next user from being able to see your login ID
