*Externships are clinical hands-on experiences in a
supervised setting for a total of 180 hours (to be completed in a 12- to
15-week semester). The externships give students an opportunity to apply
concepts learned in their coursework to the hands-on performance of digital
imaging and PACS-related procedures.
