Upon completion of the bachelor of science degree in health care business with major in management, graduates will: 

·         Practice awareness of cultural, ethnic, gender and lifestyle differences 

·         Demonstrate professional and innovative managerial leadership skills for the health care environment 

·         Facilitate an understanding of written and verbal communication skills necessary for the business environment. 

·         Compile the necessary technology skills in order to succeed in the health care and business setting.  

·         Establish a foundation for leadership based on knowledge to assume the role of a manager.
