Scholarship candidates must meet the following criteria: 

·         Must be an American racial minority student (For example: Asian-American, Hispanic-American, American Indian or African-American). 

·         Must be a U.S. citizen. 

·         Must have official unconditional acceptance into the Clarkson College traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. 

·         Must have at least a 2.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale from high school or previous college. 

·         Must maintain full-time enrollment status at Clarkson College each Fall and Spring semester (at least 12 hours per semester). 

·         Must successfully complete the Summer Internship Program at The Nebraska Medical Center, totaling 240 clock hours each summer after completion of first academic year until graduation.
