The Nebraska Medical Center and Clarkson College have joined forces to offer an additional benefit to its employees. These on-campus 4-hour training sessions are provided at no charge for The Nebraska Medical Center employees. 

  

Required Registration Information 

·    Employee ID Number
 ID number can be found on your pay stub. This is not your Social Security Number.  

·    Manager's name 

·    Manager's e-mail address 

            

Please Note: Manager approval is required. Your registration will be wait-listed until your manager has responded to an approval confirmation mail. 

Upon receipt of manager approval, your registration will be confirmed. Your placement in your preferred course is dependent on the time it takes to receive your manager's approval. Because of class size limitations, it is possible that not all registration requests will be honored.  

  

Cost 

There is no charge to the employee for the courses. However, the cost center will be charged if the employee fails to attend or fails to cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the start of the class.

Wait List 

Our class size is limited. If we are not able to place you in the desired course, you will be notified via e-mail that you are Wait Listed.  

·    If you are Wait Listed, you will be notified as soon as possible when space becomes available. 

·    If you are Wait Listed, at any time you may cancel your registration or reschedule to a later course.

Please Note: Courses are not held at the main college building.  

  

The Training Center will open approximately 15 minutes before the course begins. 

  

Parking 

Parking is available in the North Tower Patient/Visitor lot located on the South-East corner of 44th and Douglas Streets. Entrance is on the north side, across the street from the Ed-Tech Center. 

  

For evening courses, parking may be available in the surface lot in front of the Ed-Tech Center. Please Note: This is a tagged lot and not available during the day.
