Registration Fee: $25 

Non-refundable registration fee is required at time of registration. Student workbook with syllabus and required assignments is provided at this time.  

  

Course Tuition: $1,300  

Must be paid in full by tuition due date. Tuition may be paid in cash, check (made payable to Clarkson College), VISA, Discover, MasterCard or American Express.  

  

$50 Late Payment Fee of tuition greater than $1,000. Students will be administratively withdrawn from course due to lack of payment.  

  

College credit is not provided for this continuing education course. Financial aid is not available through Clarkson College.  

  

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

·    Registration fee is non-refundable.  

·    Tuition is due in full by tuition due date.  

·    If tuition is not paid in full by tuition due date, student is withdrawn from the course. 

·    A refund will be provided if Clarkson College Office of Professional Development is notified in writing of a student's desire to withdraw from the course within the first 14 business days of the semester in which registered. A withdrawal fee of $100 will be charged.  

·    15 business days after the start of the semester no refunds are available.  

·    If tuition payment was made with a credit card, the refund minus withdrawal fee will be credited to the same credit card.  

·    Allow 30 days for refund payment to be issued.  

·    No refunds are provided to those who do not participate, who do not complete the course, or who do not pass.  

·    Student is obligated for tuition if student does not cancel as stated above.  

  

Additional Fees: (Will vary depending on student circumstances) 

  

AHA Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers Certification 

Approximately $65 for complete course. Available through Clarkson College. To register, call 402.552.3396. For more information, click here. 

  

Updated Immunizations 

Minimally $10. On average $100.00 depending on insurance and previous immunization status.  

  

Required Reference Books 

Approximately $150 depending on where purchased. Are available at the Campus Corner (Clarkson College bookstore) and on-line.  

  

Equipment for Clinical Rotation 

  • Watch with a second hand
  • Stethoscope
  • Nurses scrubs (no specific brand or color)
  • Clean, white closed-toe shoes

·         Fanny pack or lab coat 

·         Purses, beepers, etc. are not allowed on units 

  

State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Fees 

Application for reinstatement: approximately $75 to $155 depending on individual circumstances.
