Jina Paul assumed the Vice President of Operations position in January 2017. She transitioned into this role after serving nearly seven years as Director of Marketing at the College.

In her role as Vice President of Operations, Ms. Paul is responsible for providing a high standard of vision, leadership and direction for all Student Services departments within the College, including but not limited to: Admissions, Student Financial Aid, Registrar, Success Center, Bookstore, Testing Center, Marketing, Facilities, Information Technology, Library Services, Student Activities, Residence Life, Student Code of Conduct, Parking, Student Government Association and Campus Security. Under the direction of the President, she co-leads the annual College-wide strategic planning meetings and formation of Critical Success Factors teams to explore areas where opportunities have been identified. Any changes in College policy and procedures are also implemented under her direction.

Prior to working at Clarkson College, Ms. Paul served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for a national financial services company and gained international experience and training in customer service, global perspectives, organizational development and leadership. The Mission, Values and family-like atmosphere at the College prompted a new career path.

Each semester, Ms. Paul and her husband, Chris—a brain tumor survivor—visit with Physical Therapist Assistant students at Clarkson College to share about their health care experience and the rehabilitative therapy Chris has received over the years. Throughout their journey, Jina has become a patient advocate and concentrates her efforts on a quality experience for students at Clarkson College.

Ms. Paul completed her Master’s degree in Leadership and Executive Coaching at Bellevue University in fall 2016. She is a proud mother of two and a member of the Gretna Good Shepard Lutheran Church.
