Waitlists

Waitlists are available for any course which reaches its maximum capacity.  If a seat in a course you have waitlisted opens, you will be notified once by e-mail to your Clarkson College webmail account.  You will have 48 hours* after the e-mail is sent to register for the course, if you do not register after the 48 hours have expired, you will be dropped from the waitlist.  Please drop any courses on a waitlist that are no longer needed.  Since there is no guarantee a course will open, you should register for another section or another course, even though this may not be your first choice.  Program Directors will monitor the waitlists to see if there is a possibility of opening another section.  If you find conflicts with your required major courses, you will need to contact your Program Director and notify them of the conflict.

*Beginning on Wednesday, January 2nd at 5:00p.m. (CST), you will have until 5:00p.m. (CST) on Friday, January 4th to register for the course.

**Waitlists will no longer be available starting 5:00p.m. Friday, January 4th.

Late Registration

A late registration fee will apply to all registrations received in the Registrar’s Office on or after Monday, January 7th

All Clarkson College “on-campus” students must complete certain health and safety requirements according to program needs.  Since many students at Clarkson College are in health care careers, they will be exposed to conditions of high risk and must be protected.  Patients must also be protected from potential health risks from the provider.

Individual programs may have specific health and safety requirements that must be fulfilled prior to the first day or clinical class.  Each individual program will determine these requirements.

For more information on specific requirements, click here.

Online Education

Clarkson College recognizes that all students do not have the opportunity to give up and/or move to campus to continue their education.  For this reason, Clarkson College offers the opportunity for working adults to complete degree programs through a variety of delivery methods, including Online Education.  Clarkson College offers Online Education courses through the year.  Courses are organized into two 15-week semesters, (Fall and Spring) one 12-week Summer semester and 6-week courses.  Check with your academic advisor to see if an Online Education course is right for you.  For more information about Online Education and the requirements, click here.
