Tuition Refund Schedule

The Tuition Refund Schedule below will apply after 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 7, and it does not apply to six-week online sessions.

In order for you to receive a 100 percent refund of tuition and fees, the Registrar's office must receive the official completed Change of Registration/Leave of Absence/Withdraw form no later than Jan. 11. Fees are non-refundable after Jan. 11.

Only the Student Accounts office may approve exceptions to the Tuition Refund Schedule.

Note: Refunds and fee charges will be assessed based on the date Change of Registration/Leave of Absence/Withdraw form is received by the Registrar's office. It is strongly recommended that students consult with their Financial Aid counselor prior to dropping or withdrawing from any classes. Dropping credit hours may result in the return of financial funds to the source from which they originated, and returned funds may result in a charge on the student’s account. This may cause a balance due for which the student will be responsible for immediate payment.

Change of Registration Fee
Beginning the second week of the semester, any change in registration will result in a fee that will be charged to your student account. Registration after classes begin will result in the fee listed below:
