Application Information and
Deadlines
You may
apply and enroll in certain courses at Clarkson College as a Non-Degree
student. Proof of successful completion of high school or GED, appropriate
prerequisites or documented completion of appropriate undergraduate degree
and/or licensure is required. Current licensure may be required for specific
coursework. Non-degree enrollment is limited.
First priority for courses will be given to degree-seeking
students.
Admission
into non-degree status does not guarantee later admission into a degree
program. Proof of English proficiency will be required for those whose first
language is not English.
Please
note: Those admitted as a
Non-degree student are not eligible for financial aid. On campus
Non-degree students must comply with Health &
Safety requirements (PDF format). The Health and Safety Information form will guide you to follow On-Campus
Requirement (PDF format).
The
following application materials are necessary to complete your application for
admission.
- Application Fee: The
application fee of $35 is nonrefundable. Payment may be submitted online
with your application, or mail a check or money order to the Office of
Enrollment Services payable to Clarkson College.
- High School Verification: Any of the following is
acceptable for verification of successful completion of high school: high
school transcript, high school diploma, GED, post-secondary transcript, or
credentials for licensed professional. Verification may be an official
transcript, copied or faxed transcript or credential.
Deadlines
All
application materials must be received prior to the application deadline.
- Online: Application materials must be received prior to the
registration deadline. Students enrolling in an Online Education courses
are required to register for the course(s) two weeks prior to the first
day of the term.
- On-campus: Application materials must be received no later than
one week prior to the first day of any given semester.
