The Clarkson College Education and Leadership program offers Doctoral and Post-Graduate Certificate options that allow you to expand your capacity to be the best through the study of leadership, health care, teaching and learning theories, organizational behavior, and research.
Nurses enrolled in the Ed.D. program option are eligible for the Nurse Faculty Loan Program (NFLP), which aims to increase the number of trained nurse educators.
The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Healthcare Education and Leadership option allows you to advance in your career as a health care educator, administrator, practitioner or researcher. Students can complete the 16-18 credit hour Post-Graduate Certificate in Leadership on its own or apply it toward your Ed.D. degree.
