Student Housing Lease Term

Students have several options when it comes to housing arrangements and costs. Review the following, and select the one that fits your needs.

The charge per semester for housing on campus is currently rated at $2780. This rate is subject to change yearly.

When you fill out your housing application, we ask that you select each and every semester you plan on living on campus. If you would like to stay in the Residence Hall for both Fall and Spring semesters, you can simply check both boxes on the Housing Application. The semesters for which you initial are your “lease term,” and moving out early will constitute a break of contract and a $500.00 fee, exempting students dismissed from the College OR students relocating for clinical. It is understood that the term length you select will be your Housing Agreement and is subject to all terms and condition of the entire agreement.

Students who have clinical assignments mid-semester and would like to live in the Residence Hall for a partial semester (i.e., until Spring Break) can request special pricing if they speak to the Residence Hall Coordinator directly.

If you have any questions regarding your housing agreement, contact Susannah Rand, Residence Hall Coordinator at 402.991.4825 or housing@clarksoncollege.edu.

It is understood that the housing lease term you select will become part of your Residence Hall Housing Agreement and is subject to all terms and conditions of the entire agreement.
