Tuition Refund Schedules
Tuition Refund Schedule
To receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees, the electronic Change of Registration form must be received by the Registrar’s Office before close of the business day based on the tuition refund schedule(s) outlined below. Tuition refunds are only granted based on withdrawal from all courses, after the add/drop period. Refunds will be applied first to unpaid balances, and any remaining balance must be paid. Failure to do so may prevent registration for future semesters. Students who receive financial aid and withdraw during the refund period may have to repay all or a portion of their awarded financial aid. Students receiving financial aid should contact the financial aid department prior to withdraw. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of the tuition refund schedule. *Fees are non-refundable after the first seven calendar days of the semester.
Only the Student Accounts office may approve exceptions to the Tuition Refund Schedule.

Tuition refunds at Clarkson College may be credited to the student’s account based on the following schedule if the student withdraws or takes a leave of absence after the semester begins. Refunds are based on the day the electronic Change of Registration form is signed and submitted by the student. This policy refers to withdrawal from ALL courses during a semester.
