Educational Partnerships

Clarkson College partners with community colleges and other institutions to create clear, supportive pathways for students to continue their education.

Seamless Academic Progression

We take pride in our robust network of educational partnerships. Some partnerships are built on articulation agreements, while others are memorandums of understanding. Together, these collaborations recognize prior learning, reduce barriers to degree completion, and open opportunities for students to advance their careers in health care.

What is an Articulation Agreement?

Articulation agreements and transfer guides are valuable tools for students and advisors to review how courses may transfer to Clarkson College. By recognizing prior coursework and minimizing duplication, they save time and support student success. These agreements help students build on their associate degrees and transition smoothly into Clarkson College baccalaureate programs.

Clarkson College currently has articulation agreements with the following institutions:

  • Iowa Western Community College (IWCC),
  • Metropolitan Community College (MCC),
  • Mid-Plains Community College (MPCC),
  • Southeast Community College (SCC),
  • and Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC).
Please note that acceptance of Clarkson College credits by another institution is at the discretion of the receiving institution. Students transferring credit to Clarkson College must submit a final official transcript from each accredited institution attended, showing a grade of "C-" or higher. More details about the Clarkson College Transfer Credit Policy are available in the academic catalog
