Grants
Grants provide funding to students without requiring any repayment. Organizations and agencies award grant money to students based on financial need, academic achievements and career goals. Most grants require the completion of the FAFSA to determine your eligibility and level of funding.
Federal Pell Grant
The Federal Pell Grant program is designed to provide educational financial assistance to undergraduate students with the greatest financial need. Federal Pell Grants provide the foundation for many financial aid packages to which other federal and non-federal funds can be added. Students who have earned a bachelor’s degree are ineligible for a Federal Pell Grant. A student is limited to receive 12 semesters at full-time (or its equivalent) of Federal Pell Grants.

- Awarded to undergraduate students with no Bachelor's degree.
- Eligibility determined annually by the student's FAFSA.
- Awards range from $0–$2,960 per semester or $5,920 maximum per award year.
- Students may receive a maximum of 12 semesters (or its equivalent) of scheduled Pell Grant awards.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant
The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) program is campus-based federal aid administered directly by Clarkson College. Pell-eligible students, who have the most financial need will be given priority when awarding FSEOG. The FSEOG does not need to be repaid, unless the student withdraws from classes or is otherwise ineligible for the funds.

- Award amounts are determined by Clarkson College.
Nebraska Opportunity Grant
The state of Nebraska provides the Nebraska Opportunity Grant (NOG) to eligible undergraduate students. Funding is limited and will be awarded annually by Clarkson College on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Funded by the State of Nebraska.
- Must be Nebraska resident.
- Must be an undergraduate attending a Nebraska post-secondary institution.
- Eligibility determined by the student’s FAFSA.
- Award amounts are determined by Clarkson College.

Clarkson College Grants
Clarkson College Grants are awarded annaully to undergraduate students with financial need. Students who do not qualify for a Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) and the Nebraska Opportunity Grant (NOG) are given priority when awarding the Clarkson College Grant.

- Award amounts are determined by Clarkson College.
