MyCB Account Instructions

Important Deadlines:

Health & Safety inital requirement deadlines for new students: 

  • Spring semester: Jan. 30
  • Summer semester: May 30
  • Fall semester: Sept. 30

Each program has its own package code(s). Instructions and codes will be emailed to students. Requirements are aligned with the students’ academic program. Please take your time in reading this valuable information, as health and safety compliance is very important. 

Set-up & Instructions:

Students needing to complete health and safety requirements will be required to create an account in CastleBranch. MyCB is a secure, online platform that allows students to order a background check, drug test (if required by your program), and Document Manager (to-do list). Students are responsible for all health and safety costs. Once the order is placed at mycb.castlebranch.com, the student will use their login information to access their MyCB account (upload and maintain requirements in the to-do list). There is a myCB App available in the Apple Store for those with Apple devices. The myCB link is also available from MyCC portal.

The message is to provide you with some key information regarding the Health and Safety process at Clarkson College. The Health and Safety requirement deadlines for new students are outlined below:  

  • Spring semester deadline: Jan 30 
  • Summer semester deadline:  May 30 
  • Fall semester deadline: September 30 

Each program has its own package code(s) to align with academic program requirements. Please take time to read this valuable information as health and safety compliance is very important to our organization. 

  1. ​​​The process is entirely online. 
  2. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the suggested internet browsers for using myCB.  
  3. The academic program code is emailed to students. 
  4. VERY IMPORTANT:  Ordering is only open prior to new student registration and closes on the deadline! 
  5. You will be asked to create an account first and then place an order using the package code(s) at https://mycb.castlebranch.com. Use the Clarkson College email when available and updated once received. NOTE: Please use a desktop or laptop computer for the initial setup and viewing of your account. This will provide a better overview for what is needed to meet approval status. Click on each requirement to display a drop-down box with the guidelines for approval. Requirements may require the student to download files with special forms or instructions.

  7. After opening the myCB account and logged in, please Click on the Need Help? in the upper right corner to view the Video FAQs and browse the help topics! This will really help y complete requirements. 
  8. The COVID-19 vaccination is not required for Clarkson College students, but it may be required by some clinical institutions that students attend. If required by clinical facilities, students will need to follow the clinical institution's onboarding policies and procedure, which may include a medical, religious or personal exemption process, to be regularly tested, and/or wear a mask and other protective devices while on the clinical campus, in patient care areas, or health care/organization facilities, based on clinical-site specific requirements. Students may also be required to pay for these protective devices and testing.*
