Completion of the MRI certificate allows for career advancement in the medical imaging profession. Students will be didactically prepared to sit for ARRT post-primary boards. Foundational didactic knowledge of the advanced modality allows students and/or employees the opportunity to gain employment.
Start dates for the MRI certificate are available in spring, summer and fall. All classes are available 100% online with cross-sectional classes offered both online or in a hybrid format. Applicants must be ARRT-registered and a certified technologist, or a current student in a radiography program.

**Externship Optional - Individual certificates will help students meet educational requirements for the ARRT post-primary certifications. If students need the clinical component, an externship course will be advised.
